Deputy Chair - Membership and Fundraising
Suparna began her career in operations before moving into HR, and has spent over twenty years working across different industries and business functions — experience that comes down to understanding how organisations run and how to bring the right people into them. She stood for election in Isleworth ward in May, and outside work she founded the Local Indian Community Forum (YIL), a network of over 400 members, and chairs HerShakti, a free women’s empowerment community. She now runs her own consultancy alongside her role as a Restart Advisor at Ingeus, helping people back into employment. She is excited for the role of Deputy Chair of Membership and Fundraising, which asks for exactly what she has spent her career doing.
